Hi there! I’m Crispy Mercado, VA from Batangas, Philippines.

As a Social Media Manager, I’m basically the voice of the brand online. I show up every day, post content, reply to messages and comments, and make sure people feel seen and heard. I spend time understanding what the audience likes, what makes them stop scrolling, and what makes them interact.

I plan and create posts, stories, and reels, and I try to keep them real, fun, and on-brand. I write captions that sound human, not robotic. I also keep an eye on trends and try to use them in a way that actually fits, not just because everyone else is doing it.

I talk to followers, answer questions, handle feedback (both good and bad), and build relationships. I check insights to see what’s working and what’s not, then adjust and try again. Some days it’s creative, some days it’s problem-solving, and some days it’s just being patient and kind online.

At the end of the day, my job is to make the brand feel alive, approachable, and trustworthy — like there’s a real person behind the screen, because there is.
