I am a driven individual who is dependable, a hands-on person who has practical experience in appointment setting, cold calling, customer service handling, and sales support, including chat support skills, to name a few. I have proficient communication skills, particularly in verbal as well as written communication, enabling me to effectively interact with potential clients and establish good relationships with our consumers.
Being an appointment setter and a cold caller, I have acquired knowledge and skills in handling a large number of calls, qualifying the call, handling call objections, and making quality appointments towards the sales goal realization. I also have knowledge of the significance of persistence, attention to the call, and professionalism in handling every call.
In terms of customer service and chat support, I aim to give customers accurate, friendly, and informative responses while addressing their concerns efficiently and effectively. I take pride in giving excellent customer service and presenting a positive and professional image of my organization at all times.
In addition, as a sales representative, I am comfortable with the notion of identifying the customer’s needs, presenting the solution, and being supportive throughout the sales process from initial stages to completion. I am also goal-oriented and detail-focused, and able to adapt to different scripts, systems, and workflows.
